David Zhao’s NXT Factor recently merged with Universal Processing in a landmark coalition, which had captured the attention of the Asian American business community. This strategic merger will likely prove beneficial to both entities as they look to consolidate their presence in the North American market. Both NXT Factor’s David Zhao and Universal Processing’s CEO Saint Hung recently finalized the merger in November, 2019.

David Zhao’s NXT Factor is a full-service digital agency based out of New York City. The ad agency has worked with several reputed brands in the industry, having created a turnover of 100 million dollars in revenue for its clients in 2019. David’s interest in joining hands with Universal Processing will help bolster exponential growth for its clients in the years to come.

Universal Processing was founded in 2003 and one of the early entrants in the payment processing industry. CEO, Saint Hung had observed that minority business owners were in dire need of support, in terms of advanced payment processing tools and technology. Over the years, it has grown to become an industry leader, which works with more than 11,000 merchant partners, processing transactions worth over 2 billion dollars each year. Both Zhao and Hung have remained tight-lipped on the details of the merger, though they remain optimistic with regards to prospects in terms of growth, expansion, and diversification.
