CBBC star, Archie Lyndhurst’s cause of death confirmed by her mother

The CBBC star and son of famous actor Nicholas Lyndhurst, Archie Lyndhurst died in his sleep due to a brain haemorrhage. This news is now confirmed by the actor’s mother Lucy Lyndhurst herself. She also added that the post-mortem exam revealed that the cause of Archie’s death was Acute Leukaemia.

The 19-year old’s death has left a catastrophic effect on the family. Archie’s mother described him as “the most magical human being we’ve ever met”. She confirmed his son Archie’s cause of death through her Instagram account. She also cleared that they received the results of the post-mortem exam just before Christmas.

Lucy also described that the doctors assured them that there wasn’t anything they could do because Archie showed no illness signs. The couple also confirmed that this situation was infrequent as only around 800 people die from it.

The career of Archie Lyndhurst

The CBBC star started his career at the age of 10 and was quite popular for Ollie Coulton’s role in a CBBC show, So Awkward. Later, he appeared in another sitcom in the year 2015. Moreover, in 2019, Archie’s father Nicholas also appeared with him for one episode of this programme.

Archie’s career also had some recurring appearances as a young comedian Jack Whitehall in various TV programmes. In addition, Archie also played the role of Alfie Wickers character in the sitcom Bad Education.
