Before understanding how it works, one must understand what is the biology behind an erection. An erection of a man’s penis happens when the blood flow in the penis increases. For generic cialis to work, a man has to be sexually aroused after taking the pill. It is not advisable to take the pill more than once in 24 hours. Drug can be taken half an hour prior to having sex. A dose of 10 mg can be taken. The maximum dosage that can be taken at once is 20 mg. Only people above the age of 18 years can take it.
