Aryana Charise is a professional speaker, trainer, and coach with over twenty years of experience. She is a servant leader and communications specialist who was personally trained by the notable Les Brown. Aryana is also an author of the new Bestselling anthology, The Great LeadHERship Awakening, which focuses on a deeper awareness and appreciation of leadership among women.
Aryana is a graduate of Emory University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking and the great outdoors.
You’ve given years of expertise into the financial industry. At what point in your career did you acknowledge that you had truly achieved success?
Success is a journey. I have learned from my parents, teachers, and mentors to set big goals. I have done so and each time I achieve a goal I see it as success. I set the goal of passing the Series 7 exam the first time taking this six-hour exam. I achieved that goal. As a financial advisor I set goals to assist my clients reach their financial goals. I set a goal of starting my own financial coaching company. Upon achieving every goal, I immediately set the next goal which I continue doing so today.
In your opinion, what are three characteristics that make a woman a great leader?
Three characteristics that make a woman a great leader include an inner desire for expansion, faith to leap into the unknown and courage to lead from the heart. These three skills developed and executed will produce incredible results.

You’re currently serving as a Cellular health specialist and caregiver for your mother. Can you give us a quick “day in the life of you” in these roles?
I specialize in using my ‘leadHERship’ skills in marketing health devices that alleviate and prevent pain. My mother experienced three surgeries and is recuperating from joint pain, arthritis, and a mineral deficiency. My day is filled with marketing to new and existing clients, speaking, training, and making sure my mother has everything she needs to thrive physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. This includes managing her physical therapy, doctor appointments, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
Behind every powerful person is an inspirational role model. Who is that person to you?
My mother is my role model. She has been my inspiration since I was born. She has encouraged me, coached me, mentored me and I am honored to do what I can to enrich the quality of her life today as she recovers and beyond recovery.
