Kimberly Cloud is an African American entrepreneur who hails from Washington DC. Upon finishing high school, she joined the United States army. Cloud would later work as a customer service representative. There she would work for two years before becoming a house mother, going on a two-year hiatus from working. She later joined an outsourcing company for five months before leaving the job to pursue higher education.
In Baltimore City Community College, Cloud studied addiction counseling and substance abuse before pursuing a psychology course at Coppin University. She would later enroll in the University of Phoenix to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. That same year, Kimberly Cloud set out on an entrepreneurial journey by creating Blue Cloud Cleaning and Michelle Wigs LLC.
Blue Cloud Cleaning is a professional commercial and residential cleaning company. They consist of an all-female team that takes pride in their attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness. Cloud takes pride in her employees, who share her enthusiasm for taking the job seriously. She decided to venture into the cleaning business when she recalled her days cleaning commercial and residential buildings for free. With the experience she had, Cloud was confident that her company would thrive.
Genuinely Michelle Wigs LLC is a company whose goal is to provide high-quality wigs. As a wig user herself, Kimberly Cloud wanted to create something that people of all ages and backgrounds could use. She settled on wigs because of her passion for doing hair. After seeing countless fake pages on Facebook, Cloud felt that she had to create a sincere company. She creates magic by styling and foaming the hair to find excellent and exotic wigs that have never been seen before. As an entrepreneur, Cloud strives to provide women with wigs that have exceptional quality. She is genuine in all her endeavors to help other women feel empowered and beautiful.
Kimberly Cloud’s companies are excellent when it comes to bringing peace and joy to everyone around them. She loves doing different activities for her clients to keep an energetic and warm climate. In everything she does, Cloud strives to maintain a positive work ethic.
