China starts testing millions after reporting three new cases in Beijing

Coronavirus: Millions in Beijing ordered to be tested after three new cases emerged in Beijing on Friday.

A massive quarantine centre is being built in the Hebei province. Territories around the nation have also been requested to build more quarantine facilities as a precaution. China has a current of 1,960 authoritatively confirmed cases.

However, the public authority is going to exceptional lengths to stop outbreak into a subsequent wave. In a video uploaded on social media, a man was shown tied to a tree by the workers after he went on a walk.

It is reported that the recent outbreak in China began in Hebei and then spread to 11 other regions in the Northeast. Finally reaching to Beijing. The number of cases was less as compared against Western nations. However, it is still the highest rate recorded since March. Another 103 cases were recorded on Friday.

China’s COVID update

China has been recording on an average of more than 100 cases for over seven days.

Almost precisely a year since the first lockdown in Wuhan, many millions of individuals are unprecedentedly at this point living under those same restrictions that were put during the first wave of covid.

The high risk of coronavirus being spread has somewhat caused panicked throughout the country. No one wants things to go as wrong as the first time. The pandemic shook the whole world in 2020 when it hit millions of people. It stopped all economic activities and resulted in a sharp decline of nations’ GDP.
