Randall Scott Maurais, aka Randeazy, was born on August 13th 1991, in Salem, Massachusetts. His music journey began at the age of 14, when he started writing his own lyrics. After being around other up and coming artists in the studio, he got inspired and started recording his own sound.
At the age of 25, Randeazy scored a couple of hits that made him “buzz” in the northeast area of Massachusetts with his songs “PESOS” and “CareLess”. Randeazy has been able to separate himself from the thousands of artists with his unique and gritty sound. Nowhere is this more prevalent than on his song “Careless”. The soft keys and hard percussion give him space for his bar for bar grungy tone, bringing back the grit in hip hop. All with a purpose.
Randeazy is on a mission to use his sound to reach others. He said, “Whether it’s sad, getting amped, or giving out, I just want people to feel what I’m pouring into my music.” With new music on the way, Randeazy will be an artist you’ll want to keep your eye on in 2020.
