For most people, living by the beach is a dream come true, but what about those who actually do? As of 2014, nearly 40% of people live in counties on the coast. That being said, many people strive to own or rent property near the coast.

With such nice weather comes more opportunity to cook outdoors. Investing in a grill will make you the go-to house for outdoor entertaining and holding barbeques. Wireless headphones or a music speaker
