How God’s Grace Helped Broker Kendra Conyers Achieve Success in Life

Success comes with personal struggle and depending on God in every aspect of life. Kendra Conyers learned this lesson as an accomplished entrepreneur. She prayed and fasted to gain clarity from God and was rewarded with a successful career and a well-established real estate firm. For Kendra, Jesus is enough to help her overcome all challenges in life. “God is my CEO,” she says.

How do you define success? For Kendra, success is to live from the inside out. Every person strives to become successful, but sometimes success doesn’t feel real no matter what they achieve. Kendra felt this when she was promoted at the call center in Atlanta. She wanted to be the maker of her own destiny, and the 9-5 regular job was not it.

One thing that made her happy and passionate was looking up homes on Zillow. Kendra had never dreamt of pursuing a career in real estate, but as she spent more of her pastime on Zillow, she convinced herself that this was what she wanted to pursue and define as success.

Kendra dedicates all her efforts to God; she took a giant leap of faith to change careers and move cities to become successful. That includes moving back to North Carolina after a decade; a place in which she had left and vowed never to return to after clearing court charges as a young teen.

Her faith in and obedience to God motivated her to move back and thrive in the city. She joined a real estate school to earn a license. Kendra learned that it took at least one or two years to sell a home as a real estate agent. She proved this theory wrong by selling 42 homes in her first year and 66 in the second year. Kendra was overjoyed by the success and felt utterly grateful to God. Although she faced many challenges; clients terminated homes and her as their realtor, she saw it as a lesson to learn for personal growth.

Taking small steps to grow and develop as a real estate agent, Kendra launched a real estate firm called ‘Kendra Conyers & Associates.’ The firm focuses on buying, selling, and dealings with land, residential and commercial properties from Fayetteville, NC, to Raleigh, NC, to Charlotte, NC. The agents work as a counselor to their clients, even after the transaction. Kendra takes her profession very seriously, and she ensures that every person gets the luxury experience and elite services commissioned through God’s Grace.

Kendra donates funds and mentors young girls to give back in God’s name. She is an influencer and content creator who believes in women’s empowerment. Her book, ‘Vitamin K: A Dose a Day: A 40-Day Devotional’ is an insightful read for girls and women to “inspire, uplift and embark change.” Whether you are struggling with career or life decisions, this book is a complete 40-day journey guide to self-improvement and growth.

As the book’s author, Kendra has written about her life experiences and stories; she hopes to motivate young girls and boost their self-esteem in building careers in life.
